Each year, Cox employees donate to Cox Charities through recurring payroll deductions and one-time gifts. Cox Communications pays all administrative costs so 100 percent of every employee dollar is invested directly into the communities we serve. Cox Charities supports programs and services that impact residents in the areas of education, technology, social issues, conservation and the arts.

The Cox Charities Advisory Council -- a diverse group of local Cox employees in each service area -- serves as the program's grant making body. Advisory Council members serve a three-year term, review all grant applications and make funding recommendations and decisions.

All Innovation in Education and Community Investment grants are specific to schools and nonprofits in Cox Communications service areas within our Florida and Georgia markets.
